total garbage media like The Room and stuff like that is really funny when it’s not garbage for evil reasons, but like what i personally find the most 100% highest tier of funny is acknowledging the existence of things that are best described as aggressively mediocre. it doesn’t always have to be media, but media works really well for this because of the sheer volume of it that is produced and then often discarded from the mind of the general population every single year. i wanna clarify, i’m not trying to do a banksy about disposable pop culture or whatever or even make any sort of meaningful statement at all with this post. i guess all i’m trying to say is that a lot of the stuff i find especially funny kind of stems from the existence of this:
